Oxford Martin Programme on Deep Medicine is using some of the largest and most complex biomedical datasets that have ever been collected to gain insights into complex chronic disease patterns, risk trajectories and treatment effects.

Through an interdisciplinary approach, established and novel techniques in data mining, machine learning and deep learning are applied to the datasets in order to tackle some of the major chronic disease challenges. Thus, the uniqueness of Deep Medicine is the combination of cutting-edge methodologies, Big Data and context knowledge.
